Tim is the founder of UHC Solutions. Since its inception in 1998, UHC Solutions has focused on the healthcare recruitment industry.  Today it recruits predominately in the community healthcare markets with an emphasis on FQHCs (Federally Qualified Health Centers) recruiting both providers and administrators across the nation.  The company and Tim are active Corporate Members and Sponsors of NACHC (National Association of Community Health Centers).

In addition to spending the past 23 years in healthcare recruitment, his career is grounded in more than twenty previous years of progressive corporate success. He has served as a Program Manager, National Sales Manager, Vice President and General Manager with major corporations such as Pitney Bowes and General Electric.  His ability to identify, recruit and train top talent has helped him develop high performance teams within these major organizations as well as numerous primary care clinics.  In Tim’s career, he has directly helped more than a thousand people advance their careers resulting in companies and teams that flourish through Tim’s talent acquisition efforts.

Dr. Craig Glover serves as the president and chief executive officer of FamilyCare Health Centers, a leading community health center in West Virginia. Under Glover's leadership, FamilyCare provides comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and vision services to approximately 45,500 patients annually. With over 20 years of experience in community health center management, Glover served as CEO of two additional health centers, demonstrating a consistent track record of excellence and innovation in healthcare leadership.

Glover earned a bachelor's degree, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. Glover's professional certifications include Fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), Fellow status with the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), and the Community Health Center Executive Fellowship (CHCEF) from the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Glover, a recognized thought leader, served on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services National Advisory Committee on Rural Health and Human Services. He is committed to community service, serving as chair of the West Virginia Primary Care Association and the United Way of Central West Virginia, as chair-elect of the National School-Based Health Alliance, and as a board member of the West Virginia Symphony.

Glover has been honored with numerous accolades throughout his career, including being named as one of the Five Most Influential FQHC Leaders to Watch in 2025 by Global Healthcare Magazine and a 2021 West Virginia Healthcare Hero, underscoring his dedication to advancing healthcare access and equity.

Lisa Mulvaney started with UHC Solutions in 1998 and is dedicated to finding top talent for the company’s clients while helping her candidates advance their careers.

Lisa has a solid track record of assisting clients and candidates in achieving outcomes that exceed expectations. Her style of open communication and an understanding of underlying needs enables her identify top talent that will make a lasting impact for UHC’s clients.

Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and two dogs.  She is an avid student of yoga and strives to maintain balance and harmony between work and family.

Ena is a passionate young professional dedicated to uplifting underserved communities, particularly within the Asian American immigrant and LGBTQIA+ populations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida, where she developed a deep understanding of human behavior and diverse cultural contexts.

As the Chief Operations Officer at UHC Solutions, Ena oversees strategic and daily operations for a recruitment firm specializing in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) recruitment. Her role focuses on optimizing performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving social impact. She excels in people management, communication, and problem-solving, ensuring that the organization meets its goals and delivers exceptional service to its clients. Ena also provides oversight and coordination for all Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and Oral Health search projects conducted by UHC Solutions.

Her compassion and strong sense of duty drive her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

As one of the senior members of UHC Solutions, Joe has spent the last nine years creating and cultivating relationships throughout the country with FQHC executives. He has excelled at listening to the current needs of the market and matching them with some of the top leaders in community healthcare. His team is currently responsible for developing new business and placing Administrative and C-Suite professionals on the West Coast.

Originally from Nebraska, Joe has maintained his Midwest values and roots. Along with being an avid skier, he enjoys staying active playing numerous sports around the city of Portland.

McKenzie is a dedicated Account Executive specializing in executive recruiting, with over six years of experience at UHC Solutions. She focuses on connecting top-tier, mission-driven leaders with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) across the Midwest. McKenzie partners closely with community health centers to recruit for critical executive and administrative roles, ensuring alignment not only in skills but also in mission and culture.

Her relationship-first approach and deep understanding of the FQHC landscape have led to lasting placements in roles such as CFO, COO, CMO, etc. She is known for her strategic outreach, thoughtful screening, and ability to guide both clients and candidates through a seamless recruitment process.

Based in Portland and a proud Oregon State alum, McKenzie enjoys cooking, spending time with her Goldendoodle and German shepherd, and making memories with family and friends.

Martha Humphrey is a healthcare recruitment leader at UHC Solutions, where she leads a team dedicated to connecting mission-driven clinics with exceptional primary care providers and behavior health providers. She brings extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, partnering closely with community health centers and healthcare organizations to identify clinicians who advance access to high-quality care in underserved communities.

Originally from Florida, Martha moved to the west coast and earned her degree from California State University, Fullerton. She is deeply committed to the belief that healthcare should be accessible to all and is passionate about leading teams that strengthen the primary care workforce through collaboration, responsiveness, and service-oriented leadership.

Outside of her professional work, Martha enjoys sailing, hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest, book club, and spending time with her children. 

Originally from Flint, Michigan, Kevin served in the US Army as a Military Police officer. After being discharged as a disabled veteran, Kevin returned to Michigan and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. He then worked in the healthcare field for 13 years in fields including; EMS, ED and Private Practice. He also taught both clinical and administrative courses at two colleges in the Portland Metropolitan Area.

Kevin made a move from podium to recruiting in 2007 to assist professionals obtain and advance their careers and recognize their dreams. He has over 5 years’ experience in motivating recruitment teams to achieve excellence and process discipline, resulting in successful outcomes for both candidates and employers.

Lucas is a U.S. Navy veteran and former Hospital Corpsman with five years of experience supporting patient care in hospitals and clinics overseas. Working directly under the supervision of physicians, physician assistants, dentists, and dental hygienists, he developed a strong foundation in clinical operations, patient communication, and teamwork in fast paced environments.

Originally from San Jose, California, Lucas transitioned from military medicine to the business side of healthcare by completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He brings a people first approach to his work, combining real world healthcare experience with a strong understanding of organizational needs to help connect mission driven professionals to roles that strengthen community care.

Outside of work, Lucas can be found enjoying local music venues, helping fellow veterans navigate their benefits, and learning new bowling techniques.

Before moving to Portland, Mitchell grew up in Northern California. He is a firm believer that healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Working with the team at UHC Solutions helps him to do his part in making healthcare more accessible.

When not at work, Mitchell enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and traveling.

Zoe was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to Oregon in 2019. She is a dedicated professional with a passion for multicultural learning and mission-driven work. Having spent years exploring diverse cultures across the globe, Zoe’s journey culminated in a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Oregon State University. With a strong background in human services and the non-profit sector, she brings a wealth of experience to her professional pursuits, as a recruiter.

In her spare time, Zoe enjoys cooking, traveling, and camping adventures.

Tim, originally from Connecticut, studied Psychology at Central Connecticut State University. He has a background in the service industry, fundraising, and recruiting, which has paved the way for his current role as an Account Executive with UHC. Passionate about relationship building, he focuses on connecting individuals to roles that benefit communities.

In his free time, Tim enjoys traveling, adventure, and exploring history.

Jeff Grover is an Account Executive at UHC Solutions specializing in Adult Health, Long-Term Care, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, and Assisted Living recruitment. With 12+ years in healthcare recruiting and eight years working directly in long-term care, he brings a practical, informed perspective to the organizations and leaders he supports.

Jeff partners with mission-driven providers committed to exceptional resident care. Known for his integrity, discipline, and strategic approach, he focuses on long-term success—matching candidates with roles that advance their careers while helping clients build high-performing teams.

Driven by a belief in supporting the growing population of older adults, Jeff takes pride in contributing to a system that ensures dignity, compassion, and quality care.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys time with his wife and their dog, traveling, and exploring hiking trails as they seek out new waterfalls together. Whenever possible, he’s on his mountain bike, finding adventure on the trail.

Christine was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. She attended Oregon State University and graduated in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in business Merchandising. Christine values the opportunity to give back to the community and help the underserved population obtain access to health care. Throughout her college years, she had working with nonprofit organizations such as Family Access Network (FAN) and the Branches Foundation.

Christine enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends in her free time. She also enjoys being creative and exploring different artistic avenues as a hobby that keeps her inspired. 

Kylie, a Portland, OR native, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Warner Pacific University in 2022, where she also competed in collegiate basketball. Her academic and athletic experiences have shaped her strong work ethic and dedication. Driven by a commitment to serving underserved communities, Kylie is enthusiastic about contributing to an organization dedicated to making a positive impact.

Outside of her professional life, Kylie enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, reading, and walking her dogs.

Shannon was born and raised in Sherwood, Oregon. She graduated from Western Oregon University with her bachelor's degree in public policy and administration, with a minor in business. With a background in HR and recruiting, Shannon values the relationships built and the opportunity to assist in providing the underserved community with health care needs. 

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys camping, paddle boarding, baking, and reading. 

Olivia Hanna is a digital marketer with 10 years of experience working in various industries throughout her career. Born and raised in Fremont, CA, Olivia moved to Oregon to pursue education at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Olivia graduated from Willamette with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing with a minor in Psychology. She brings creative solutions with practical and science-based theories to her work as the Marketing Coordinator for UHC Solutions. 

Outside the hours of 9-5, Olivia enjoys producing her own radio drama podcast, working with leather, and an active member of the Historical Martial Arts community.
