Tim is the founder of UHC Solutions. Since its inception in 1998, UHC Solutions has focused on the healthcare recruitment industry. Today it recruits predominately in the community healthcare markets with an emphasis on FQHCs (Federally Qualified Health Centers) recruiting both providers and administrators across the nation. The company and Tim are active Corporate Members and Sponsors of NACHC (National Association of Community Health Centers).
In addition to spending the past 23 years in healthcare recruitment, his career is grounded in more than twenty previous years of progressive corporate success. He has served as a Program Manager, National Sales Manager, Vice President and General Manager with major corporations such as Pitney Bowes and General Electric. His ability to identify, recruit and train top talent has helped him develop high performance teams within these major organizations as well as numerous primary care clinics. In Tim’s career, he has directly helped more than a thousand people advance their careers resulting in companies and teams that flourish through Tim’s talent acquisition efforts.
Tim’s personal recruiting today focuses on key client relationships and on the recruitment of Chief Executive Officers working with community healthcare boards across the country. Executive Board Member
Craig’s commitment to his community and desire to help others brought him to the community health center movement in 2004. As a childhood patient of a community health center, he has the first-hand experience of how community health centers change lives.
Currently, Craig serves as president and chief executive officer of a community health center that provides medical, dental, behavioral health to over 33,000 unique patients through fifteen health centers and several school-based locations. Previously, Craig served as chief executive officer of two Midwest health centers.
Craig holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from Fontbonne University. He completed graduate coursework in health administration at the University of Missouri and a fellowship in community health center executive leadership at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Craig is currently pursuing a doctorate in organizational leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Craig is certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Health Executives (FACHE) and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CPME) by the American College of Medical Practice Executive.
Managing Partner
Lisa Mulvaney started with UHC Solutions in 1998 and is dedicated to finding top talent for the company’s clients while helping her candidates advance their careers.
Lisa has a solid track record of assisting clients and candidates in achieving outcomes that exceed expectations. Her style of open communication and an understanding of underlying needs enables her identify top talent that will make a lasting impact for UHC’s clients.
Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and two dogs. She is an avid student of yoga and strives to maintain balance and harmony between work and family.
Operations Manager/Project Coordinator
Ena is a young professional working toward the lofty goal of helping everyone. She is the proud holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, giving her knowledge of human behavior and needs. Ena has compassion and a strong sense of duty regarding underserved communities, with especially strong ties to Asian American immigrants and to the LGBTQIA+ community.
Originally from Florida, she enjoys kayaking and hiking in her free time. Ena also is a member of a non-profit organization that hosts a community choir.
Director of Physician Recruitment
Growing up with three sisters and a single mother, Alphonse quickly learned the value of community. At a young age, his family regularly received assistance from both community health centers and non-profit groups. He understands that without the support of his community, life would have been much different for his family. When he initially interviewed with UHC in 2014, Alphonse’s expressed a passion and desire to give back and support the same community who had helped him. Over four years later, Alphonse now leads the primary care division as Director of Physician Recruitment, specializing in placing Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric Physicians in the same non-profit health centers that once served him.
Director of Executive Recruitment
As one of the senior members of UHC Solutions, Joe has spent the last seven years creating and cultivating relationships throughout the country with FQHC executives. He has excelled at listening to the current needs of the market and matching them with some of the top leaders in community healthcare. His team is currently responsible for developing new business and placing Administrative and C-Suite professionals on the West Coast.
Originally from Nebraska, Joe has maintained his Midwest values and roots. Along with being an avid skier, he enjoys staying active playing numerous sports around the city of Portland.
Accounting Manager
Sophia relocated to the Portland region in 2018 upon completing her Cognitive Science degree at UC Santa Cruz. Her professional experience encompasses accounting and finance, including roles as a Billing Clerk at a law firm and a Financial Sales Coordinator at a financial institution.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Sophia finds joy in the company of her two cats and indulges in various crafting endeavors such as crocheting and quilting.
Director of Behavioral Health Recruitment
Wayne has been the Director of Behavioral Health Recruitment at UHC Solutions since January 2019. Focusing exclusively on the permanent placement of behavioral health providers and leaders for non-profit healthcare organizations nationwide. With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Wayne's expertise lies in connecting exceptional candidates with meaningful career opportunities that align with the candidate’s personal and professional preferences and goals – which ensures the best ROI for the non-profit organizations we partner with.
Before his career in healthcare executive recruitment, Wayne served as an active-duty Marine for four years, developing leadership and teamwork skills. After his military service, Wayne pursued a college education, completing a graduate degree in Business and Computer Information Systems, which has allowed him to use a high-level strategic approach to recruitment that leverages best practices in executive recruitment, business, and technology – which has been invaluable in solving complex recruitment challenges for his clients.
Wayne's dedication to the non-profit sector stems from his passion for making a meaningful impact in society by aligning himself with mission-driven organizations that have struggled with recruiting behavioral health professionals and need a specialist who can dedicate the time and resources required for meaningful results.
Director of Oral Health Recruitment
Originally from Flint, Michigan, Kevin served in the US Army as a Military Police officer. After being discharged as a disabled veteran, Kevin returned to Michigan and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. He then worked in the healthcare field for 13 years in fields including; EMS, ED and Private Practice. He also taught both clinical and administrative courses at two colleges in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
Kevin made a move from podium to recruiting in 2007 to assist professionals obtain and advance their careers and recognize their dreams. He has over 5 years’ experience in motivating recruitment teams to achieve excellence and process discipline, resulting in successful outcomes for both candidates and employers.

In Lindsey’s early years she was a part of a youth group in her community that worked with the adolescence in the surrounding areas of Murfreesboro, TN. While She was there, she saw and learned the importance of caring for individuals who are less fortunate, in bad circumstances, or simply have nowhere to go. This is where her love of helping people developed. She had a craving to be a part of the bigger picture of caring more about the resolution than the problem.
She is passionate about people and is presently obtaining a BS in Psych so she can improve her understanding to truly make an impact on lives.
She is am married to her best friend whom she has known for 15 years, a proud pet mom, an avid hiker and wine connoisseur. She is passionate about travel, people and cooking. She has traveled to numerous states and backpacked Asia. In her career she spent 3 years in Admissions ranking among the top performers and successfully reaching the given target for her campus in her 2nd year as Director. She has also effectively recruited for Providence and Kaiser in the Portland Area for Acute Care & Skilled Nursing Communities RN’s and RN’s throughout Oregon before making the transition to UHC.

Adam was born and raised in Waipahu, HI on the diverse island of Oahu. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2016 at the University of Portland. At UHC Solutions, he relishes the opportunity to make an impact on community healthcare as it is his mission to improve the lives of the underserved communities as well as the candidates he is recruiting. Before entering the healthcare recruitment industry, he spent a few years marketing with a home improvement company based in Oregon.
In his free time, Adam can be found gaming with friends, watching Los Angeles Lakers games, and going to the gym for some heavy lifting sessions. He is also an avid foodie who is constantly finding new restaurants in the Portland Metro Area.

Originally from Wyoming, Jess spent her childhood years traveling and living in different countries, including India and Brazil. Jess spent fifteen years working in pharmacy and healthcare in multiple different settings. Since then, Jess has switched her focus to provider relations and provider account management. In her last company, a startup pharmacy, Jess was a key player in creating and fostering provider relationships in the New York market.
In her time outside work, Jess is parent of two young children and enjoys spending time with her family and playing and listening to traditional Indian music.
She is committed to building relationships with healthcare leaders and connecting them with mission-driven, non-profit organizations. Her mission is to help improve the lives of underserved communities.

Growing up on countless military naval bases, DeJuanae has always had a strong sense of community and an understanding on how people can impact other people’s lives. Living with her younger brother, mother, and father during his deployment, her family relied on the kindness of others to help them navigate new spaces and ways of life with each move.
When joining the UHC family, DeJuanae made it clear that giving back, supporting under-served communities, and having a sense of pride was what she wanted to represent. Being able to be that bridge within community healthcare by finding the best Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric Physicians is a charter that allows her to excel at provider recruitment.

Born and raised in Creswell Oregon, right outside of Eugene, Bri started her adult life as a Military wife. Moving from state to state she had the opportunity to advance her career in customer relations before the family settled back home in the Pacific Northwest. From here she worked in client-facing roles focusing on key accounts in the non-profit sector. Bri has always gravitated to these mission driven community organizations. Her passion for helping others has led her to numerous volunteer and leadership positions with Boy Scouts of America, Wilsonville Little League, The Oregon Food Bank, and her most passionate one, Night to Shine. She came to UHC Solutions to bring that same passion to community healthcare recruitment. Her enthusiasm shows every day for her FQHC recruitment success across the nation. Brianna’s ability to build and maintain relationships, along with her passion to serve, makes her invaluable to both clients and candidates alike.
Outside the office, she and her husband are busy raising their two kids. Weekends are spent on the football field or baseball field for her son, or at cheerleading and swimming meets for her daughter. Bri’s favorite thing to do outside of being with her family is wine tasting with her husband and doing her crafting hobby.

After 20 years of Clinical Practice, Dr. Ghitea has decided to explore the administrative and business side of medicine. He now enjoys helping physicians find successful jobs. He also gets satisfaction from assisting Community Health Centers and helping to provide physicians to medically underserved populations.
Over the years, he has done volunteer work in Africa, Malaysia, and Eastern Europe. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor sports and traveling with his family.

Aaron was originally born and raised in California where he was heavily involved in athletic endeavors. Aaron moved to the Portland, OR area in 2010 to pursue athletics and a degree in English at Lewis & Clark College. In college Aaron had a focus on community service and was a finalist for the Paul Barney award in college – given to the student that best represented Lewis & Clark College in Academics, Athletics and Community service.
Over the past half decade Aaron has worked for the Oregon Employment Department where he cultivated and launched employment programs to serve Oregonians who receive food stamps. Aaron is bringing the same passion of service to help his local community to the FQHC market where he hopes to connect communities of need with quality healthcare providers.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys being a father to 3 young children and a husband to his wife. You can also find him enjoying the gym and some time outdoors.
Senior Recruiter - Healthcare Leadership
McKenzie is a born and raised Oregonian. She graduated from Oregon State University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She remains an avid Oregon State Beaver fan. McKenzie has been a part of the UHCSolutions team during her time in college through summer internships. Her goal was always to be part of the UHCs team full-time after graduation. She is committed to building relationships with healthcare professionals and connecting them with mission-driven, non-profit organizations.
When away from the office, McKenzie enjoys spending her time cooking, traveling, and exploring what Portland has to offer. Family and friends are also very important to McKenzie and she loves spending time with them.

Christine was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. She attended Oregon State University and graduated in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in business Merchandising. Christine values the opportunity to give back to the community and help the underserved population obtain access to health care. Throughout her college years, she had working with nonprofit organizations such as Family Access Network (FAN) and the Branches Foundation.
Christine enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends in her free time. She also enjoys being creative and exploring different artistic avenues as a hobby that keeps her inspired.

Jarod grew up in northern California. After high school, he enlisted in the marine corps, where he spent four years learning the value of work ethic, diversity, teamwork, and leadership. After the military, Jarod moved to Oregon to attend college and be closer to family. Jarod joined UHC Solutions in 2022 as he felt his intrinsic motivations, goals, and ethics aligned well with the company and provided a pathway to expand his professional development. Jarod is eager to help the non-profit organizations we partner with today by recruiting critical behavioral health professionals to build a foundation that will significantly impact the years ahead.
In his free time, Jarod can be found camping and exploring the natural beauty of the pacific northwest with his friends and family or enjoying the Portland area’s restaurant scene.

Aysia is a native to Oregon, born in La Grande, and attended Eastern Oregon University. Growing up in a rural area as a woman of color has inspired her passion for DEI and celebrating differences in the business place. Aysia is a strong advocate for physical and mental health. She is passionately dedicated to finding the right people for the right roles while building strong relationships within the FQHC community.
In her spare time, Aysia enjoys surrounding herself with family and friends, indulging in beautiful spaces and great food. While in the process of furthering her education, you can find her with her nose in a few different books.

Jaiden was born and raised in Oregon. He graduated from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. Outside of work, Jaiden is an avid outdoorsman going backpacking, hiking, and white-water rafting. Spending time with friends and family is also an important aspect of his life.

Born and raised in Bellingham, WA, Kenna moved down to Oregon in 2018 to attend the University of Oregon, where she got her undergraduate degree in Business Operations and Analytics. She’s long known that in her career, she wants to be contributing to the “greater good”, whether that be in regard to environmental justice, social justice, or simply helping a fellow human. She’s beyond proud to be doing just that in her work at UHC Solutions.
Outside of the office, Kenna can be found running, skiing, and often making the drive from Portland to Eugene to cheer on the Ducks.

Originally from Texas, Sarah moved to Portland in 2011. She has always been passionate about helping and taking care of people. She is excited to be part of an organization that helps ensure underserved communities receive the care they deserve.
Sarah enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two cats in her free time. She also enjoys reading, watching movies, napping, and playing roller derby with the Rose City Wreckers (her derby name is Tiny Danger).
