Shannon was born and raised in Sherwood, Oregon. She graduated from Western Oregon University with her bachelor's degree in public policy and administration, with a minor in business. With a background in HR and recruiting, Shannon values the relationships built and the opportunity to assist in providing the underserved community with health care needs.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys camping, paddle boarding, baking, and reading.

Zach is passionate about connecting healthcare organizations with exceptional talent and believes technology plays a key role in expanding access to care in underserved communities. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, and discovering new restaurants.
