Having successfully operated his own e-commerce business, he understands the importance of building relationships, adapting to change, and utilizing technology to drive results. Zach is passionate about connecting healthcare organizations with exceptional talent and believes technology plays a key role in expanding access to care in underserved communities. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, and discovering new restaurants.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Business Analytics, bringing a data-driven perspective to the recruitment process.
