The Board of Directors of Greater Baden Medical Services in Brandywine, MD is pleased to announce that on March 18, 2019 Sonja Bachus, MJ has been named Chief Executive Officer of the organization effective April 22, 2019. Ms. Bachus is originally from Kansas City, KS. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washburn University, Topeka, Kansas and a Master of Jurisprudence, Health Law from Loyola University Law School, Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Bachus is also a Fellow of the University of Kansas Community Health Center Executive Management program. Ms. Bachus comes to Greater Baden Medical Services with more than fifteen years of progressively responsible Operations leadership in Federally Qualified Health Centers and a national hospital system.
Ms. Bachus most recently served as the Chief Operating
Officer of HealthNet, Inc.; the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in the state of Indiana.
In accepting the position, Ms. Bachus stated to the board, “I am pleased to be joining Greater Baden Medical Services and look forward to working closely with the board and
the entire Greater Baden team to ensure we continue to provide the very best in high quality, accessible and affordable care to the communities we serve.”
